1 Gala apple - peeled

4 leaves kale

chopped

1 cup fresh coconut meat

½ cucumber

chopped

1 stalk celery

chopped

½ cup spinach

1 cup coconut water

½ cup almond milk

½ cup water

1 lemon

juiced
