2 cups plain lowfat yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

¼ cup finely chopped green onion

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

or to taste

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

or to taste

2 tablespoons milk
