Quick Shrimp Scampi Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces uncooked spaghetti

½ cup butter

2 cups dry white wine

2 pounds large shrimp

peeled and deveined

1 teaspoon dried basil

Step 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Step 2

In a large saucepan melt butter and add white wine. Over medium heat add shrimp and basil. Cook until pink all over; about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
