quartered and seeded

1 jalapeno pepper

seeded and minced

½ onion

minced

1 large clove garlic

minced

2 limes

juiced

2 teaspoons salt

or to taste

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

or to taste

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
