Candie's Easy Potato and Onion Dish

Ingredients

8 potatoes

sliced

2 large sweet onions

sliced

½ cup butter

sliced

1 tablespoon dried parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

In a 9x13 inch casserole dish mix the potatoes onions butter and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Bake covered in the preheated oven for 45 minutes stirring occasionally or until potatoes are tender.
