Easy Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1 ½ cups peanut butter

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce

1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon white sugar

or to taste

Mix peanut butter soy sauce lime juice fish sauce hot pepper sauce ginger sesame oil and sugar in a bowl; warm in microwave until easy to stir about 45 seconds. Stir to serve.
