Fast Eddie's Deadly Hominy Casserole

Ingredients

1 (15.5 ounce) can white hominy

drained

1 (15.5 ounce) can yellow hominy

drained

1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

1 red bell pepper

chopped

2 teaspoons grated onion

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups dry bread crumbs

or to taste

½ teaspoon paprika

or to taste

Mexican White Sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

Combine hominy Monterey Jack cheese sour cream green chiles bell pepper onion and salt in a casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and paprika.

Step 3

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese melts and bubbles 30 to 40 minutes.
