¼ cup chili powder

1 pinch ground coriander

½ teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 ½ tablespoons lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ground beef ground pork salt chili powder coriander cumin black pepper garlic and lemon juice together in a bowl. Transfer to an air-tight container; store in refrigerator for 4 days until using or freezing.
