Almond Gelatin Recipe

Ingredients

1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin

¾ cup boiling water

¼ cup white sugar

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon almond extract

½ (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail

including syrup

Step 1

Combine gelatin with boiling water stirring until dissolved. Stir in sugar milk and almond extract. Pour into a 9 inch square pan and refrigerate overnight. Cut into cubes and serve with fruit cocktail.
