Mom's Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 onion

chopped

4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

7 tablespoons olive oil

1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice

1 ½ (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons salt

1 pinch ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic salt

Truffle Cream Sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet cook ground beef with the chopped onions parsley and olive oil. Cook until onions are soft and ground beef is cooked through.

Step 2

In a large saucepan combine tomato juice tomato sauce Worcestershire sauce salt ground black pepper and garlic. Add ground beef mixture and simmer for 1 hour.
