2 salmon steaks

1 tablespoon Creole seasoning

or to taste

1 orange

juiced

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with Creole seasoning place in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 2
