Bacon Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 onion

finely chopped

1 cup dry bread crumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

7 slices bacon

cooked and crumbled

1 egg

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 clove garlic

finely chopped

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

Mix ground beef onion bread crumbs Parmesan cheese crumbled bacon egg onion powder garlic salt pepper and garlic together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Roll into 20 evenly-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.

Step 3

Cook meatballs in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center about 20 minutes.
