1 cup coconut water

2 tablespoons pineapple juice

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¼ cup chopped pineapple

Blend coconut water pineapple juice and chia seeds together in a blender. Set mixture aside until chia seeds expand about 30 minutes. Top mixture with chopped pineapple to serve.
