3 cups cooked rice

½ cup raisins

2 ½ cups milk

½ cup honey

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1 tablespoon lemon juice

⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1

Combine rice raisins milk honey and butter in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes; stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon rind and juice.
