1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic

2 tomatoes

diced

1 mango

diced

1 avocado

diced

½ green bell pepper

diced

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 green chile pepper

diced

1 teaspoon white sugar

2 cups chopped fresh cilantro

¼ cup tequila

3 tablespoons lime juice

12 warm corn tortillas

Step 1
