Maria's Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked white rice

1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup

1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth

½ cup butter

sliced

Vegetarian Mexican Rice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step 2

In a 9x9 inch baking dish combine rice soup and broth. Place butter slices on top of the mixture.

Step 3

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
