blossom ends removed

and diced

5 large strawberries

hulled and diced

⅔ cup diced red onion

¼ cup chopped cilantro

2 cloves garlic

minced

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 jalapeno pepper

seeded and diced - or to taste

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Mix loquats strawberries red onion cilantro garlic lime juice jalapeno pepper salt and black pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate salsa several hours before serving.
