Chunky Paleo Guacamole

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

peeled and pitted

1 lime

juiced

1 jalapeno pepper

diced

1 clove garlic

minced

½ small onion

minced

1 Roma tomato

seeded and diced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Step 1

Place avocados in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top and roughly smash with a fork until thoroughly mashed. Add jalapeno pepper garlic onion tomato cilantro salt and pepper; gently combine with a fork.
