Easy Truffled Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup crumbled blue cheese

1 tablespoon truffle oil

1 clove garlic

minced

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ teaspoon salt

or to taste

Step 1

Combine blue cheese truffle oil and garlic in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until cheese has melted 30 seconds to 1 minute being careful that cheese doesn't burn.

Step 2

Mix in mayonnaise and salt until fully blended.
