Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

softened

¼ cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

softened

Piadina Romagnola (Italian Flat Bread)

In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese cream and butter until well blended. Use in place of mascarpone in any recipe.
