2 oranges

½ cup soy sauce

½ cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Bring the orange juice soy sauce chicken stock and orange zest to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce has reduced to half of its original volume about 30 minutes.
