Avocado and Black Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 avocado - peeled

pitted

and mashed

½ (15 ounce) can black beans

drained and rinsed

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 clove garlic

minced

or more to taste

⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 pinch sea salt to taste

Step 1

Mix avocado black beans lime juice and garlic together in a microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

Step 2

Microwave dip on high until cheese is melted about 1 minute. Season with sea salt if desired.
