Ingredients

1 Smithfield® Peppercorn & Garlic Seasoned Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast

cut into 3/4-inch cubes

1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic

2 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli

1 ½ cups sliced carrots

1 ¼ cups milk

2 tablespoons margarine

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 large tomato

diced

2 green onions

finely chopped

12 ounces bow tie pasta

cooked

Directions

Step 1

Heat large skillet over high heat; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Saute pork with garlic until pork is browned. Add broccoli and carrots; saute until tender-crisp.

Step 2

Meanwhile combine milk margarine pepper and Italian seasoning in small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until blended.

Step 3

Stir cooked pasta tomato and green onions into pork mixture. Toss with cheese sauce before serving.
