2 large ripe bananas

peeled and cut into chunks

2 cups skim milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch ground cinnamon

Place banana chunks into a sealable plastic bag and freeze until solid 1 to 2 hours to overnight.

Step 2
