Fragola Pazzo (Crazy Strawberry) Recipe

Ingredients

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 pints fresh strawberries

hulled and quartered

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate

grated

or to taste

Step 1

Mix balsamic vinegar sugar and black pepper together in a bowl. Add strawberries and stir to coat; marinate in refrigerator until chilled about 10 minutes. Grate chocolate over top as a garnish.
