Vegetable Quiche Cups To Go Recipe

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

thawed and drained

¾ cup liquid egg substitute

¾ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

¼ cup diced onion

¼ cup chopped green bell pepper

3 drops hot pepper sauce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with foil baking cups and spray with cooking spray.
