Oatmeal Craisin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

softened

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups quick cooking oats

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup raisins

1 cup dried cranberries

Orange Cranberry Biscotti

Directions

Step 1

Beat butter sugars eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes. In another bowl combine oats flour baking soda baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture 1 cup at a time.

Step 2

Mix in raisins and craisins.

Step 3

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). These freeze very well. Enjoy!!
