Southwest Fiesta Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup plain yogurt

¼ cup light sour cream

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons minced onion

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon chili powder

or to taste

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Step 1

Stir yogurt sour cream ketchup onion lime juice cilantro cumin chili powder garlic powder and salt together in a bowl with a whisk until smooth.

Step 2

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled at least 10 minutes.
