Ingredients

½ cup butter

¼ cup grated fresh ginger root

1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic

½ cup chopped green onions

1 ½ teaspoons dried basil

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 dash red pepper flakes

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in ginger garlic green onions basil black pepper and red pepper flakes; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until well blended.
