Ingredients

8 large potatoes

peeled and sliced

⅓ cup all-purpose flour

divided

1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese

sliced

salt and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon paprika

1 cup milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

Step 2

In a 2 quart casserole dish layer 1/3 of the potatoes then 1/3 of the flour and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layering 2 more times ending with cheese. Season with salt pepper and paprika. Pour milk over top; use more or less to reach 2/3 of height of casserole dish.

Step 3

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
