Frosting and Icing - Dessert
A small recipe I improvised while for my lactose-intolerant friend.

Coconut Oil Frosting
½ cup coconut oil
2 cups confectioners' sugar or as needed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dessert Step 1 Microwave coconut oil until melted 30 to 45 seconds. Step 2 Beat coconut oil confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract together in a bowl with a hand mixer until desired consistency is reached.
