Ingredients

½ cup water

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons margarine

1 egg

1 tablespoon white sugar

¼ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups bread flour

2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Step 1

Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer and start. You can use up to 1/2 cup more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
