Crumby Potatoes

Ingredients

½ cup dry bread crumbs

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

4 large baking potatoes

peeled and halved lengthwise

2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

In a small shallow bowl mix bread crumbs paprika salt dried basil dried oregano and pepper.

Step 3

Brush potato halves with melted butter and roll in the bread crumb mixture to coat.

Step 4

Arrange potato halves in a medium baking dish. Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven or until tender.
