Yummy dressing made with fresh Vidalia onions. If you can't find Vidalia onions, another sweet onion will do.

Deeeelicious Vidalia Dressing

1 ½ cups canola oil
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 large sweet onion peeled and quartered
1 clove garlic
⅓ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon salt
Side Dish Step 1 Place the oil vinegar onion garlic sugar mustard and salt into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
