Quick Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

1 ½ cups beef broth

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

2 teaspoons chili powder

or more to taste

Step 1

Mix tomato sauce tomato paste beef broth salt oregano cumin garlic powder onion powder and chili powder together in a saucepan until smooth.

Step 2

Bring sauce to a boil reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
