½ cup cashews

6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

¼ cup sesame seeds

1 tablespoon chopped onion

8 capers

1 teaspoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic

crushed

salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
