Ingredients

⅓ cup butter

¼ cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

Step 1

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Mix in pineapple juice brown sugar lemon juice and ground cloves. When thoroughly mixed remove from heat and use to marinate vegetables as desired.
