Tuna Tostadas I

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can nonfat refried beans

⅓ cup low-fat milk

2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water

drained

1 tomato

diced

1 fresh jalapeno pepper

seeded and chopped

1 fresh lime

½ cup shredded lettuce

4 tostada shells

1 cup salsa

1 avocado - peeled

pitted and sliced

Directions

Step 1

Place beans in pot over medium heat. Gradually add milk stirring constantly until beans are warmed through. Mix tuna fish tomatoes jalapenos and lime juice together in a bowl.

Step 2

To assemble spread beans over tostada shells. Top with tuna mixture lettuce and avocado and enjoy!
