Black Bean, Avocado, and Corn Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can black beans

rinsed and drained

2 cups frozen corn kernels

1 cup cilantro

roughly chopped

½ red onion

chopped

1 ½ limes

juiced

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons hot sauce

1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 avocado

diced

Step 1

Mix black beans corn cilantro red onion lime juice oil hot sauce cumin salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Lightly toss in avocado immediately before serving to ensure it does not turn brown.
