Fresh Strawberry Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves

2 ripe strawberries

½ tablespoon agave nectar

or more to taste

3 ounces silver rum

¼ lime

juiced

¼ cup lime-flavored sparkling water (such as La Croix®)

or as needed

1 cup ice

or as needed

Directions

Step 1

Place mint into the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle for 15 to 20 seconds. Add strawberries and muddle until juicy. Pour in rum agave and lime juice. Add ice and shake.

Step 2

Pour into a glass and add sparkling water. Stir together using a straw.
