½ cup apple cider vinegar

1 pinch salt and pepper

In a medium size jar with a tight fitting lid combine sugar vinegar and salt and pepper. Cover tightly and shake for approximately thirty seconds. If necessary add a few drops of water to thin out dressing. Pour on your favorite salad.
