Ingredients

1 cup olive oil

5 tablespoons red wine vinegar

¼ cup sour cream

1 ½ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon mustard powder

¼ cup white sugar

2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

1 clove garlic

minced

1 pinch ground black pepper
