½ cup rice vinegar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

3 cloves garlic
