Ingredients

4 ½ cups sweet Thai basil

1 ½ cups extra-virgin olive oil

1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cashews

8 cloves garlic

peeled

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 sprig fresh parsley

salt and ground black pepper to taste
