Ingredients

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

⅔ cup skim buttermilk

¼ cup minced fresh chives

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic

pressed

ground black pepper to taste

1 pinch salt to taste

Combine cottage cheese buttermilk chives Parmesan cheese and garlic in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade; process until smooth. Season the dressing with pepper and salt.
