Pasta Salad on a Stick

Ingredients

8 cheese tortellinis

8 slices thinly sliced salami

8 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley

2 artichoke hearts

quartered

4 grape tomatoes

halved

8 (1 inch) cubes fresh mozzarella cheese

4 pitted black olives

halved

8 bamboo toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Bring a small pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini in the boiling water until pasta floats to the top 1 to 2 minutes; drain.

Step 2

Thread 1 tortellini 1 salami slice 1 sprig parsley 1 artichoke heart quarter 1 tomato half 1 mozzarella cheese cube and 1 olive half respectively onto a toothpick. Repeat threading with remaining toothpicks.
