Ingredients

1 green chile pepper

stemmed

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons water

1 cup Indian-style yogurt (such as Gopi™)

salt to taste

Step 1

Combine chile pepper mint cilantro and 2 teaspoons water in a grinder; grind into a paste.

Step 2

Stir chile paste and yogurt together in a bowl. Thin with remaining 4 teaspoons water. Season with salt.
