Frosting and Icing - Dessert
Mmmmmm this frosting is really good. You can either ice cookies with it, or cut pieces of cake into small shapes and make \"petit fours\".
Servings: 64 Yield: 3 - 4 cups
Really GOOD Frosting

4 cups confectioners' sugar
½ cup butter softened
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup milk
3 drops red food coloring
Dessert Step 1 Cream butter and add sugar alternately with milk use enough milk to have a semi thin icing but not watery. Mix in vanilla. Separate icing into several bowls and tint each a different color. Frost cookies and decorate!
