A loaf of very light white bread that's baked in the bread machine. I also add 1 teaspoon bread improver, I never do without it. You'll find a great difference in the texture of the bread.

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons milk powder

3 cups bread flour

1 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
