Chunky Paleo Guacamole Recipe

peeled and pitted

1 lime

juiced

1 jalapeno pepper

diced

1 clove garlic

minced

½ small onion

minced

1 Roma tomato

seeded and diced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

salt and ground black pepper to taste
